The Charlestown home is located on a 7 mile salt pond opening to the
ocean and extends down to East Beach. This newly renovated home
overlooks a land preserve with a water back set on 3 sides. There are 4
bedrooms, 3 full baths and a outdoor shower. The kitchen has all new
appliances. There is a bath on the first floor with a Den, TV, double bed
and sliders that open to ground level. The second floor has the master
bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, family room, dining area and full bath
with a 5' limestone shower. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin
beds each. The west bedroom opens to second story deck. There is a den
with a TV and Internet computer. Outside there is a 2 story deck,
with spiral staircase, pergola and screen porch. Max occupancy 8 people.
Kayaking and boating are a short 200 yards away.
Sunset cruises, day sails and sailing trips to Block Island are available
upon request on our Maine Cat 30 catamaran.

I meant to email you yesterday. We had a great time at Ninigret Pond.
The weather was mostly good...with temps in the high 70s and low 80s
most of the time. The kayaking on the pond was the most I had ever done.
I have to tell you that we love what you've done with the house. As I
mentioned, we stayed in the house thirteen years ago. My son was just a
few weeks old then. He told me last week that of all the places that we
have stayed in, over the years, your house was the only one he wanted
to come back to. So, congrats on a job well done. I understand from the
neighbors that you did most of the work yourself.
We would be interested in renting again next summer.
